Appointments

Many of our patients are school-age children. Therefore, many appointments are made during school hours. An attempt will be made to arrange appointments during convenient school periods. Parents working during office hours may have to make arrangements for transportation to appointments during these hours.

Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.  If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible, give us a 24-hour notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.

If you have questions about potential scheduling problems, please ask them before treatment begins. Unless we specify otherwise, no more than one appointment will be made at a time.  The interval between treatment appointments usually varies from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the patient and/or situation.

Records Appointment
Diagnostic x-rays, study models and digital pictures will be taken to help develop a specific treatment plan. The cost of records will be due the day of service. There is a one-time charge and any applicable insurance needs to be brought in the day of service. Any x-rays taken after the initial records will be of no charge to you.
